Delivery & Shipping

Delivery of Items

1- Shipping cost is mentioned with every product to maintain transparency with customers.

2- Currently shipping is available within Gulf, Some of Arab Countries (Europe, US, Canada, & Asia – coming soon).

3- You will be provided with courier tracking code (UPS/DHL/aramex) to track shipments.

4- Expected delivery time is mentioned with products. We do not deliver on public holidays unless confirmed from us.

5- Customers are requested to provide correct name, delivery address and contact details for hassle-free delivery.

6- Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same on ASAP by Call us on 600546637 or Email us on info@ firassweets.net.

7- firassweets.net will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

8- In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, firassweets.net may ship products from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.

9- The multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Non-delivery of Items

1- All orders require a signature on delivery, which will usually occur between 10:00am to 10:00pm only. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during these hours.

2- Should our courier be unable to deliver, an information regarding your package will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange a re-delivery it will then become the recipient's responsibility to contact our courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient.

3- You MUST inform firassweets.net immediately if you do NOT receive your order within 3 working hours or 5 working days, in order for us to locate your order.

4- If you have any complaints or queries regarding an order delivery should be made directly to info@firassweets.net or phone call to 600546637 within 48 hours.

5- Firas Sweets will not accept any liability for any loss or damage by reason of a delivery failure owing to the recipient not being available, or if the goods perish and become inedible as a result of non-delivery.

6- In the event that Firas Sweets has failed to dispatch your order, you will be entitled to a full-refund or having your order dispatched at a later date.
