Cancellation and Refund Policy will not accept any cancellation once the Item purchased and Confirmation received. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Firas Sweets. offer refund only for the following two conditions:

1- If the product is not received even after 15 working days (Friday & Saturday Excluded).

2- Product lost while shipping.

Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 2 day before the mentioned time frame, in the mean time please call to your local courier hub and inquire the status of your parcel too by Tracking code of courier Given at the time of booking shipment confirmation.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. cannot offer refund for the following reasons:

1- Shipment cannot delivered because of the recipient unavailability or wrong address.

2- Shipment cannot delivered due to premises locked.

3- Shipment cannot delivered because of the wrong contact number, unreachable contact number and no-reply contact number.

4- Wrong orders placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.

5- If recipient refused to accept the products.

6- User didn't intimate us in the mentioned time frame.

Refund Settlement:

Payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days. At any circumstances 4% of total ordered value will be charged from customer as settlement fees.

How is my money refunded?

Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund your purchase amount. Depending on your initial method of payment, you will receive:

- Payment by credit card: A credit to your credit card account. You will see the credit on your next credit card bill. Our activity will have no influence, on the settlement date of your credit card bill.

- Payment by cash: the cash amount will be refunded once been vested to the Main Store at al Al Qusais, Al Tawar; +97142674418.
